Hot runner injection method 1: "point gate". The point gate method is the most common injection method, which is determined by several factors such as gate size, gate cooling, and the temperature of the nozzle tip. It is suitable for almost all known plastics, and its injection port will leave a small gate mark on the surface of the product, which is determined by the size of the gate and different plastics.

Hot runner injection method 2: "large water nozzle". The large water nozzle is an open type hot nozzle that leaves a small section of material handle on the surface of the injection molded product. It can provide a large gate size, achieve excellent pressure retention effect, and reduce product stress. It can be applied to injection methods with low requirements for gate marks or diversion channels.

Hot runner injection method three: "needle valve type". For needle valve type, the valve needle is controlled by mechanical pneumatic or hydraulic pressure. The valve needle will close the gate at the end of the pressure maintaining stage, which means that the injection system has been closed before the product has fully condensed, which can also shorten the forming cycle. The needle valve type can achieve no gate marks, leaving only a circle or even no mark on the surface of the product, which is the best solution for strict surface requirements.
