On the contrary, if the temperature at the gate is too low, the plastic at the gate is too cold, which makes it difficult to seal the valve needle. If the design and manufacturing of the valve type hot runner system and valve needle control equipment are not good, problems such as forming a flow dead angle behind the valve needle or overflowing on the sliding fit surface between the valve needle and other parts may occur.
